Job summary

ECG Management Consultants, Inc. is seeking professionals at senior associate to senior consultant levels to develop solutions for healthcare providers across multiple divisions.

You will conduct analyses, build models, and translate insights into client-ready materials, while leading work streams and mentoring junior staff. The role requires a Master’s degree in business or a health-related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel 60% in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or a health-related field.
• Knowledge of and interest in healthcare, with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, client-service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new analytical tools quickly.
• Ability to work in a hybrid consulting environment and travel at least 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, well-structured decks and analyses and translate data into client-ready deliverables.
• Lead or support information gathering, stakeholder interviews, and root-cause analyses.
• Own work streams, manage plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables across projects.
• Communicate progress and findings to management and client staff in a structured manner.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to client relationship development.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to a collaborative project culture.
