The Senior Manager will drive strategic thinking, operational excellence, and high‑performing teams, while advancing ECG’s service offerings and market presence. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and/or health‑related field.
• 8+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare finance and operations experience.
• Experience with academic health systems on organizational design, physician alignment, and funds flow.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, oversee teams, and mentor talent.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead large portions of project work with strong project management.
• Demonstrate mastery across project types including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Conduct complex analyses aligning findings with client objectives.
• Diagnose root causes and guide teams through rigorous problem solving.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders and secure buy‑in on recommendations.
• Lead change management and manage competing priorities.
