Zusammenfassung

ECG Management Consultants, Inc is seeking a Senior Associate, Consultant, or Senior Consultant to join our Healthcare Consulting Pool and work across Health System Performance, Medical Group Optimization, Payer Strategy & Contracting, and Strategy & Enterprise Growth.

You will conduct analyses, build models, develop client-ready deliverables, and communicate insights to drive evidence-based recommendations.

Qualifikationen

Master’s degree in business or a health-related field.
Knowledge of healthcare with analytical, problem-solving, client-service, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn new analytical tools quickly.
Ability to work in a hybrid consulting environment and travel at least 60% of the time.

Aufgaben

Collect, clean, and validate data from clients and sources.
Develop analytical models, dashboards, and client-ready deliverables.
Translate insights into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Lead or support project work streams with scope, schedules, and budgets.
Present findings to management and client staff.
Identify opportunities and contribute to client relationship development.
