Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Performance to transform healthcare data into actionable insights and robust reporting. The role leads dashboard development and analytical modeling to support quality, provider, operational, vendor, and financial performance.

The candidate will partner with health plan leaders, identify trends, evaluate root causes, and clearly explain performance results. Strong Excel, SQL, and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, performance management, data reporting, or a related field.
• Experience in managed care, healthcare consulting, or a regulated environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a BI platform (Power BI or Tableau).
• SQL proficiency to query, join, validate, and summarize data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex healthcare data into accurate reporting and insights.
• Lead development of performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models.
