Job summary

This role leads dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, and reporting solutions that support quality, provider, operational, vendor, and financial performance.

You will partner with health plan leaders, identify trends, validate data, and explain results to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, performance management, data reporting, or a related field.
• Experience in managed care or regulated environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a BI platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL proficiency for querying and summarizing data from multiple sources.
