Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics or related field.
• 2+ years in a people management or team lead role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and their business applications.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into analytical projects.
• Design and oversee dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools to enable data-driven decisions.
• Own the end-to-end analytics roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Conduct analyses (trend analysis, forecasting, segmentation, cohort analysis) to uncover insights.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards for accurate reporting.
• Present findings to senior leadership in clear, business-relevant terms.
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT to improve pipelines and tooling.
• Define and track KPIs across departments.
