Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Performance to transform complex healthcare data into accurate reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations. You will lead dashboards, scorecards, and analytic models supporting quality, provider, operational, vendor, and financial performance.
As a technical business partner to health plan leaders, you will identify trends, measure outcomes, and explain performance results.
Qualifications
- Seven+ years in healthcare analytics or related field.
- Experience with managed care or regulated environments.
- Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- SQL querying and data summarization across sources.
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and models.
- Ability to gather requirements and ensure data quality.
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Independent management of complex analytical work.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of dashboards, scorecards, models, and reporting.
- Partner with health plan leaders to identify trends and outcomes.
- Gather requirements, validate data, and ensure reporting controls.
- Translate complex results for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
