Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Business Performance to transform complex healthcare data into accurate reporting, meaningful insights, and actionable business recommendations. You will lead dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, and reporting solutions across quality, provider, operational, vendor, and financial performance.

The role requires advanced analytics, strong managed care knowledge, and the ability to autonomously drive work from requirements

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, performance management, data reporting, or a related field.
• Experience working within managed care, healthcare consulting, or another complex and regulated environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a business intelligence platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Working proficiency in SQL, including the ability to query, join, validate, and summarize data from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, and performance reports.
• Experience gathering and documenting data, business, functional, and reporting requirements.
• Strong understanding of data validation, quality assurance, reconciliation, and reporting controls.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex analytical work and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of dashboards, scorecards, analytical models, and reporting solutions.
• Transform complex healthcare data into accurate reporting, meaningful insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a technical business partner to health plan leaders by identifying trends and explanations of results.
• Independently manage requirements gathering through validation, implementation, and deployment.
