Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an SoC Physical Design Senior Manager (HBM) to lead a team responsible for implementing advanced HBM base die designs from netlist to GDSII. You will collaborate with RTL, verification, DFT, IP, packaging, and manufacturing to deliver best‑in‑class PPA and robust signoff.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, ownership of blocks or top‑level integration, and experience across multiple product generations. Strong communication and global teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in SoC physical design implementation from netlist to GDSII on advanced nodes.
• Proficiency with industry EDA tools (Cadence/Siemens/Synopsys).
• Solid understanding of timing closure, constraints, and power delivery.
• Experience with signoff (DRC/LVS/ERD) and tapeout processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and mentor a team of physical design engineers.
• Plan resources and timelines to meet aggressive product schedules.
• Drive physical implementation including floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and optimization.
