Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced SoC Design Engineer to join the Heterogeneous Integration Group, contributing to the design, development, and integration of next‑generation HBM logic die. You will work with architecture, verification, physical design, firmware, and product teams.

The role emphasizes RTL, IP integration, and pre/post-silicon validation, with a focus on high performance, power, and area targets. You will also help enable AI‑driven tools within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in EE/CE or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog/Verilog and SoC integration methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RTL for SoC-level blocks in HBM logic die.
• Integrate internal and third-party IP (controllers, NOC, MBIST, interfaces).
• Collaborate with SoC architects to translate specs into RTL.
• Participate in clocking, reset, power intent, and configuration infrastructure.
• Assist with pre-silicon validation and post-silicon bring-up.
• Document designs and conduct design reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test, Process Integration, and Manufacturing.
