Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an SoC Physical Design Senior Manager, HBM in the Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG). You will lead a team delivering PD/verification for HBM base die blocks, coordinating with RTL, DFT, IP, packaging, and manufacturing to optimize PPA and signoff.

This hands‑on leadership role requires solving timing, power, and integration challenges across multiple product generations, with opportunities to own blocks and drive AI/LLM‑driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in SoC physical design implementation from netlist to GDSII.
• Familiar with power integrity and clocking strategies.
• Proven tapeout history on advanced nodes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of physical design engineers delivering HBM base die products.
• Plan resources and schedules to meet aggressive delivery timelines.
• Drive physical implementation including floorplanning, placement, routing.
• Coordinate timing closure across MMMC scenarios with cross‑functional teams.
• Support tapeout execution and post‑silicon debug.
