Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an SoC Physical Design Senior Manager in the Heterogeneous Integration Group to lead PD/verification for advanced HBM-based designs from netlist to GDSII.

You will collaborate with RTL, DFT, IP, packaging and manufacturing teams to achieve top-tier PPA and robust signoff across multiple generations. This is a hands-on leadership role with block/top-level ownership and global team leadership.

Qualifications

• SoC physical design implementation from netlist to GDSII on advanced nodes.
• Proficiency with industry EDA tools: Cadence Innovus/Tempus, Synopsys ICC2/PrimeTime, Siemens Calibre.
• Strong STA fundamentals, clocking, constraints (SDC), and common closure techniques.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of physical design engineers.
• Plan resources and timelines to meet aggressive product delivery schedules.
• Drive physical implementation for SoC blocks and/or top-level including floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and optimization.
• Drive timing closure across MMMC; partner with RTL, architecture, and STA/signoff.
