Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager on our Logistics team to own all cost and fulfillment metrics for DashMart Fulfillment Services, driving weekly reporting and operational improvements across finance, product, engineering and local operations. This non-technical role sits in the Strategy & Operations family, reports to a Senior Manager, and supports a hybrid work model across DashMarts and partner stores.

You will lead forecasting, build models, and translate analytics into actionable experiments

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of professional experience in product operations, logistics, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
• Strong SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with forecasting and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own cost and fulfillment metrics for the DFS business.
• Own weekly metric reporting and drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate with finance, product, engineering, and field operations.
• Translate analytics into measurable forecast improvements.
