Compass is seeking a Senior Manager of Workplace Operations & Facilities in Boston to lead a team across a 700K-1M sq. ft. portfolio. You will drive strategic planning, budget control, and vendor performance while ensuring safety and superior service to agents, staff, and guests.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven improvements to optimize the workplace experience in a fast-growing real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management.
• 5-7 years directly managing team members.
• 6+ years project/program management experience, including 4+ years leading enterprise workplace/facilities programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Facilities Leads across a 700K-1M sq. ft. portfolio.
• Oversee budgeting, CapEx, and vendor performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery to agents, staff, and visitors.
• Drive operational excellence through data, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on hiring strategies and onboarding for the regional team.
• Oversee governance, contracts, SLAs, and safety protocols.
