Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• MBA, MS or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years in finance or accounting with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics models.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficient with BI tools, Excel, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Translate data into executive-ready dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems and geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coach and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation with IT.
