Qualifications

• Typically 8–10 years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of operational financial processes (I2C, P2P).
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting/analytics tools (BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems).
• Exposure to data governance, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad-hoc reporting and analytics.
• Translate complex data into executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align data definitions and reporting standards.
• Oversee production reporting for data accuracy and timeliness across systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and risks in performance metrics.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance standards.
• Support system enhancements and analytics transformation with digital teams.
