Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, change management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people initiatives from strategy through implementation, including HR technology deployments, organizational redesigns, new ways of working, and policy or process changes.
• Provide end-to-end program and project leadership, developing charters, workplans, timelines, budgets and governance models.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, IT, Finance, Communications, and business teams with active risk and dependency management.
• Design change-management plans using methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter with stakeholder analyses and readiness planning.
• Create change narratives and manager toolkits to support adoption of new processes and tech.
• Develop employee and leader enablement plans with training strategies and ongoing support.
• Define success metrics and translate results into insights for senior leadership.
• Create scalable PMO standards to improve efficiency across People initiatives.
