Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics team in Raynham, MA seeks an experienced Manager – Applications & Master Data, Business Systems to own strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of non-GxP business systems across R&D. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

You will lead a portfolio including dashboards, analytics, and master data, partnering with IT and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in business ownership, portfolio management, product management, or related roles with people leadership.
• Experience with Agile practices and translating business needs into tech solutions.
• Experience harmonizing application portfolios and reducing tool fragmentation.
• Experience with master data governance, analytics, or data management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, governance, and multi-year roadmap for R&D business systems.
• Own governance, budget, and prioritization for non-GxP R&D applications and data platforms.
• Lead lifecycle management for assigned applications and master data domains.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal teams for scalable, compliant solutions.
• Lead analytics support for Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Develop KPIs and drive adoption and value realization.
