Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director, Employee Experience – Strategy & Operations, located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or Raritan, NJ.

You will lead enterprise people initiatives shaping organizational change, new technology, operating models, and ways of working, combining strategy with program leadership and change management.

The role requires 8–10+ years in PM, global matrix experience, and proven ability to influence senior leaders while delivering measurable adoption and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in structured change-management and adoption planning.
• Strong program-management with budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Data-driven with qualitative and quantitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Provide end-to-end program leadership with charters, plans, timelines, budgets, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, IT, Finance, Communications and business teams.
• Design change-management strategies using Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
• Partner with Internal Communications to build change narratives and leadership messaging.
• Create employee and leader enablement plans and training resources.
• Establish measures of success: adoption, pulse surveys, experience KPIs, ROI.
• Create scalable PMO standards across People initiatives.
