Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Portfolio Insights and Analysis to lead a global insights center of excellence in Raritan, NJ. The role informs portfolio decisions across GCSO, integrating market research and competitive intelligence with senior leadership.

The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to forecast, analyze assets, and guide strategic initiatives, with 25% travel. A bachelor’s degree is required, with 10+ years in analytics and at least 5 years in leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Advanced degree in business, quantitative, or life sciences is preferred.
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Analytics and Insights roles including forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience developing insights, analytics, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead a global insights center of excellence that generates strategic insights for the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio in support of LRFP, 10-year outlook, BP, and EBR.
Deliver competitive intelligence and insights to support GOC and GCSO decision-making.
Advance the technology roadmap, including Signal and Margo, and integrate AI capabilities to generate strategic insights on the global portfolio.
