Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Employee Experience – Strategy & Operations, located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or Raritan, NJ. The role leads enterprise people initiatives that shape how employees experience organizational change, new technology, operating models, and ways of working.

This role blends strategy, program leadership, change management and communications to translate business priorities into practical programs that employees and leaders can adopt.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in project/program management with 3-5 in organizational change or HR transformation.
• Experience in global and/or highly matrixed organizations.
• Proven success leading large, complex initiatives with multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing structured change-management and adoption strategies.
• Strong program-management capability with budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
• Ability to influence and align with senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills in ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Ability to use data to develop clear, senior-leadership level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people initiatives from strategy through implementation, including HR tech deployments and organizational redesigns.
• Provide end-to-end program and project leadership with charters, workplans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, IT, Finance, Communications and business teams.
• Develop and execute change-management approaches (Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter) with readiness planning and resistance management.
• Partner with Internal Communications and sponsors to build change narratives and leadership messaging.
• Design employee and leader enablement plans with training resources and ongoing support.
• Establish measures of success (adoption, pulse surveys, KPIs, ROI) for senior leadership insights.
• Create scalable governance and PMO standards for consistency and efficiency across initiatives.
