Job summary

Affim is seeking a Senior Financial Systems leader to modernize and scale our ERP/EPM landscape, enabling global growth with trusted data, automation, and AI. You will own architecture, integrations, and collaboration across Accounting, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

You will drive multi‑year modernization programs, ensure operational excellence, and build a culture of quality and accountability while leading a high‑performing distributed team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, implementing, and operating enterprise ERP/financial systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape, including architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Define the enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite or equivalents).
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, HCM, loan ledger, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with VPs/Senior Directors to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap for Financial Systems.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure technical sustainability, risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs are understood.
• Model ownership through effective technical solutions and operational processes.
• Own team operations and system availability with monitoring, playbooks, testing, and on‑call readiness.
• Promote code quality and design standards through clear communication and technical discussion.
• Develop talent by providing feedback, creating growth opportunities, and leading by example.
