Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to drive complex equity compensation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax to ensure compliant, scalable equity programs while supporting client success.

The role operates within a global hub model with in-country specialists and requires a strategic, detail-oriented leader who can mentor teams and deliver high-quality analytics and governance across global programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation or global rewards.
• Tax consulting background with client advisory experience.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
• Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-border equity programs with HR, payroll, tax and finance.
• Lead client delivery and relationship management for equity projects.
• Establish governance, maintain documentation, and year-end reporting.
• Design and rollout global equity plans aligned with market practice.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.
• Develop insights and dashboards to track participation and trends.
