Vialto is seeking a Global Share Schemes Senior Manager to lead cross-border equity programs and advise clients on global equity compensation strategies. You will work within a truly global hub model with in-country specialists, driving governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment across jurisdictions.

The role emphasizes client delivery, governance frameworks, and analytics to monitor participation and trends.

Qualifications

10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
Tax consulting background with demonstrable client advisory experience.
Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams for equity administration and compliance across jurisdictions.
Client Delivery & Relationship Management—manage timelines, deliverables, and quality while building trusted client relationships.
Compliance & Risk Oversight—establish governance, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
Equity Program Management—design and rollout global equity plans aligning with market practices and client goals.
Team Development—mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Insights & Analytics—support dashboards and reporting to track participation and market trends.
