Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to help clients reimagine operating models across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement and technology. You will lead engagements with domestic and multinational companies, guide cross-functional teams, and shape GBS strategies that drive growth, resilience, and value.

You’ll build sector-focused offerings, contribute to proposals, mentor teams, and partner with digital and technology experts to embed AI, RPA and analytics into GBS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
• Approximately 8 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function focused in at least one of the following areas; finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focused on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects in one or more areas: GBS Strategy & Operating Model Design; Design of end-state GBS models across functions; Roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals.
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs, dashboards, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Mentor and coach team members while supporting recruitment and capability building.
