Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain, guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. You will shape operating models, drive transformation programs, and contribute to practice development and market-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience.
Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations.
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements with executive levels, as well as sales and practice development activities.
Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Supply Chain.
Develop high-performing people and teams, guiding them to deliver impact and excellent client service.
Contribute to sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets.
