Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, and shape GBS strategy and operating models for diverse industries.

You will also contribute to go-to-market efforts, thought leadership, and talent development, while advocating for innovative, AI-enabled, and data-driven GBS solutions within global delivery networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ~8 years of advisory experience.
• Master’s degree and ~7 years of related work experience are also acceptable.
• At least 8 years of advisory experience in finance transformation, shared services design, and outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and ERP implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive levels across domestic and multinational clients.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects and develop roadmaps.
• Design end-state GBS models and governance structures across functions.
• Mentor teams, contribute to proposals, and support capability development.
• Incorporate automation, analytics, and AI into GBS operations.
