Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager to lead global Order-to-Cash and billing operations across multiple geographies. The role drives end-to-end contract setup, invoicing, adjustments, and reconciliation, with emphasis on completeness, accuracy, and control.

The position requires 10+ years in billing/OTC with strong process design, accounting orientation, and experience with Zuora and Salesforce. A US-based senior leader will manage a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, OTC, or Revenue Operations with people management.
• Deep expertise in global billing, multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable, accurate billing frameworks.
• Hands-on Zuora Billing experience; working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience owning SOX controls in a public company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across all geographies and revenue streams.
• Establish global billing standards and timely processes.
• Ensure billing supports complex deals, multi-element arrangements, and new monetization models.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and status tracking.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline billing in Zuora and adjacent systems.
