Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead global billing operations across all revenue streams. You will drive design, execution, and continuous improvement of billing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and scalability while strengthening internal controls.

The role requires deep Zuora Billing expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in high-growth SaaS environments with complex monetization models. Remote/hybrid work options available, with a global scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Billing/OTC/Revenue Operations experience, including people management.
• Deep knowledge of global billing operations, multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Experience designing scalable billing processes with strong controls.
• Hands-on Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce; willingness to learn existing billing logic.
• Demonstrated SOX controls experience in a public company.
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements and efficient processing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, Revenue, Legal, and Deals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, billing adjustments, payment application, and reconciliation across geographies.
• Establish global billing standards and procedures ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across cycles.
• Design and maintain scalable billing processes with defined controls; monitor alignment with business models and regulatory requirements.
• Lead SOX control management for billing; audit-ready controls and metrics monitoring.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Deal Strategy, IT, Product and Finance Systems to ensure scalable, automated billing models.
