Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, OTC, or Revenue Ops with people mgmt
• Global billing ops experience across multiple currencies/entities
• Proficiency with Zuora Billing; Salesforce knowledge; willingness to learn existing logic

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations incl. contract setup, invoice generation, adjustments, payment application, and reconciliation
• Establish global billing standards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Design scalable billing processes and maintain control framework including SOX compliance
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Deal Strategy, IT, Product, and Finance to ensure accurate terms and scalable models
• Lead and mentor a high-performing OTC team across geographies
