Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead transformation programs across finance, HR, supply chain and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, interact with C-suite stakeholders, and shape GBS strategy, operating models, and governance for multinational clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience.
Master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
Experience in large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred.
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients, focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across cross-functional areas.
Coach and develop high-performing project teams and support recruitment and capability building.
