EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology, shaping operating models and performance improvement for large domestic and multinational clients.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive GBS transformation programs, contribute to thought leadership, and help develop market offerings while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~8 years of related work experience.
• Master's degree with ~7 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in advisory services for the finance function and in ERP implementations.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive levels across diverse industries.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and drive value for clients.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable assets.
• Mentor team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Drive governance, performance dashboards and continuous improvement within GBS programs.
