Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements in GBS strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market strategy and talent development. This role offers significant visibility within a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience; or a master's with ~7 years of experience.
• Experience advising on finance transformation, shared services, and outsourcing.
• Experience leading large Finance Transformation/ERP implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focused on GBS strategy and operating models.
• Drive cross-functional transformation programs with automation, analytics, and workflow tech.
• Mentor teams, manage budgets, and contribute to proposals and market initiatives.
• Present at executive workshops and steering committees; align roadmaps with enterprise goals.
