Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape and deliver GBS transformation across finance, HR, procurement and IT. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, and drive strategic operating model designs with a focus on performance improvement.

You will lead client engagements for domestic and multinational firms, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and mentor teams while building capability within the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7–8 years of advisory experience in finance or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-process transformation programs and large client engagements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and client relationships at executive levels.
• Experience with finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing advisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with executive sponsorship and align to strategic goals.
• Drive GBS transformation programs across multiple processes and locations.
• Collaborate with digital teams to embed AI, RPA and analytics into GBS.
• Contribute to proposals, market-facing initiatives and thought leadership.
