Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Manager of Funnel Performance & Optimization in Plainsboro, NJ. This role owns the consumer funnel performance, defines progression metrics, and drives a prioritized optimization agenda across execution teams to improve conversion.

You will partner with Analytics, Journey Design, Behavioral Science, CRM, and brand teams to diagnose friction, design interventions, and measure impact. Travel 20-30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
• 6+ years in growth, conversion-rate optimization, performance marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Demonstrated track record moving a conversion metric with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experimentation: designed, launched and analyzed tests at scale.
• Fluent with product and web analytics; comfortable leveraging SQL or collaborating with analysts.
• Experience prioritizing a backlog by opportunity size and impact.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end funnel performance, defining stages and KPIs across consumer intent to sustained engagement.
• Identify top friction points, quantify opportunities and prioritize high-value conversions.
• Maintain a prioritized funnel optimization roadmap with impact, confidence, urgency and effort criteria.
• Translate opportunities into briefs for Journey Design, Behavioral Science, CRM and other teams.
• Lead the experimentation portfolio: backlog, measurement approach and readouts; ensure rigorous, actionable results.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to move interventions into execution and clarify ownership.
