Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager of Membership & Progress Engagement to design and run the NovoCare loyalty program, including tiers, rewards, and milestones, within strict AKS and compliance guardrails.

You will shape the program's economics, manage partnerships, and optimize engagement and retention while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Finance and Insights teams to deliver patient-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in loyalty, rewards, gamification, or consumer engagement program design.
• Experience designing and running loyalty programs and their economics.
• Familiarity with compliance and privacy requirements in regulated industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Design the NovoCare membership program, including its tiers, mechanics, and value proposition within strict compliance guardrails.
• Define and manage the points and rewards economy.
• Design progress, milestone, and recognition mechanics to sustain engagement.
• Apply behavioral engagement principles to encourage healthy actions.
• Work with Legal and Compliance to keep the program inside AKS and all applicable requirements.
• Manage loyalty platform and rewards partners to deliver and run the program.
• Measure loyalty performance and optimize toward engagement and retention goals.
