Novo Nordisk, based in Plainsboro, NJ, is seeking a Senior United States Operations Strategy Manager to shape and execute the USO strategy. You will manage parts of the enterprise plan, drive scenario planning, and partner with finance to align investments with strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams across commercial, medical, access, supply and operations to deliver high-impact initiatives. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable programs with clear owners, timelines,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in strategy development and planning.
MBA or Doctorate with related experience preferred.
Experience in pharma or consumer-packaged goods is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills for executive audiences.

Mansioni

Own parts of US Operations strategy and maintain the central strategy repository.
Develop 3–5 year strategic roadmap for USO and align with business priorities.
Monitor the healthcare ecosystem and assess enterprise risks.
Conduct scenario planning and provide actionable recommendations to executives.
Translate priorities into initiatives with owners, timelines and success metrics.
Lead cross-functional workstreams and drive change management.
