Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Plainsboro, NJ, seeks a Senior Manager of Membership & Progress Engagement to design and run the NovoCare loyalty program. You will define tiers, mechanics, and value propositions while ensuring AKS compliance and governance across platforms and partners.

You will own the program economics, day-to-day operations, and vendor relationships, collaborating with CRM, product, legal, privacy, finance, and analytics teams to drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field; master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in loyalty, rewards, gamification, or consumer engagement program design
• Track record designing and running loyalty or engagement programs and their economics
• Familiarity with compliance and privacy requirements in a regulated industry valued
• Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Responsibilities

• Membership Program Design: design the NovoCare membership program, including tiers, mechanics, and value proposition within compliance guardrails
• Points and Rewards Economy: define and manage the points and rewards economy balancing motivation with financial sustainability
• Progress and Milestone Mechanics: design progress, milestone and recognition mechanics to re-ward healthy behaviors
• Behavioral Engagement: apply behavioral and engagement principles to encourage healthy actions
• Compliance Guardrails: work with Legal and Compliance to keep the program within AKS and applicable requirements
• Partner and Vendor Management: manage loyalty platform and rewards partners
• Measurement and Optimization: measure loyalty performance and optimize against engagement and retention goals
