Job summary

Novartis AG in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Marketing Optimization to lead ongoing optimization of in-market experiences across audiences, content, channels, and media placements. You will drive marketing effectiveness through measurement plans, standardized processes, and innovative analytics capabilities.

The role requires deep data analytics expertise, hands-on web analytics and A/B testing, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience using data & analytics to support business decisions.
• Deep knowledge of digital media buying across programmatic, search and social.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing (Google, Adobe, etc.)
• Strong data wrangling, cleansing, and data manipulation skills.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy and Customer Experience to improve outcomes using analytics.
• Create measurement plans for media, CRM, websites, and digital health solutions.
• Develop KPI dashboards aligned to business goals.
• Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to gain key learnings.
• Lead and coach team members in digital analytics and data storytelling.
• Direct agencies and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
