Responsibilities

• Launch strategy oversight for US commercial launches and pre-launch plans.
• Align marketing strategies with field team objectives and key account prioritization.
• Develop field communications and train field teams on launches.
• Oversee sample distribution and inventory with supply chain.
• Support campaign rollout with materials and field execution guidance.
• Coordinate successful product launch meetings with marketing and sales teams.
• Apply market insights to identify growth opportunities and guide brand strategy.
• Remote option with approximately 20-30% overnight travel.
