Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking Senior Managers for DashMart Fulfillment Services to own end-to-end operational diagnostics and scalable solutions.

You will partner with product, engineering and local operations to test operational plans and drive improvements in merchant selection and inventory health. The role requires 8–12+ years in data, strategy or operations, strong SQL skills, and experience building analytics capabilities that inform cross-functional decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in data science, analytics, strategy and operations, consulting, retail or supply chain
• Built teams and grown analysts into solution owners
• Strong SQL and ability to use AI tools for analysis and experiments

Responsibilities

• Own root-cause diagnostics and test operationally
• Scale initiatives by productizing solutions with product, eng and ops
• Build metrics dashboards and RCA views for visibility
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Ops, Category Management, Vendor Management, Analytics, Product & Engineering and Finance
• Hire, develop, and manage 3–5 directs and set clear performance standards
