Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Senior Manager for DashMart Fulfillment Services to own analytic-driven, scalable initiatives across merchant selection, inventory health and catalog. You will diagnose issues, design testable solutions, and partner with product, engineering and operations to drive end-to-end impact.

You will build and lead 3–5 analysts, deliver dashboards and root-cause analyses, and balance short-term fixes with scalable long-term systems in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in data science, analytics, strategy and operations, with people management and large cross-functional workstreams.
• Built teams and grown analysts to solution owners.
• Strong SQL skills and comfortable using AI tools for analysis.
• Experience taking ambiguous problems to scaled, productized solutions with product and engineering.
• Ability to navigate between strategy and detail across product, engineering and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Own root cause diagnostics and how to test operationally.
• Lead initiatives from diagnosis to plan with DRIs, dates and goals.
• Build metrics, dashboards and RCA views for cross-team visibility.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Ops, Category Management, Vendor Management, Analytics, Product & Engineering and Finance.
• Hire, develop and manage 3–5 direct reports.
