Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for DFS with a strong operational and analytical background to tackle critical problems end‑to‑end.

You will own diagnostics, design tests, and scale initiatives through productized solutions in partnership with product, engineering and local operations. You will focus on merchant selection or inventory health, building durable processes, dashboards and metrics that align with DFS goals.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in data science, analytics, strategy and operations, including people management.
• Built teams and grown analysts from individuals who can diagnose a problem into solution owners.
• Strong SQL and familiarity with AI tools for analysis (Claude, Cursor).
• Taken ambiguous operational problems from diagnosis to a scaled, productized solution with product & engineering.
• Navigate between strategy and detail across product, engineering and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Own root-cause diagnostics and testing operationally.
• Scale initiatives with product, engineering and local operations.
• Define DRIs, initiatives, dates and goals for each root cause.
• Lead 3–5 direct reports and develop talent to meet high analytical standards.
• Build metrics, dashboards and RCA views for visibility across teams.
