DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager to lead data-driven initiatives for DashMart Fulfillment Services, focusing on merchant selection and inventory health. You will own diagnostics, design scalable, productized solutions, and partner with product, engineering, and operations to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in data science, analytics, strategy and operations, consulting, retail or supply chain, including people management and leading large cross-functional workstreams.
• Built and grown analytics teams and analysts into solution owners.
• Strong in SQL and comfortable with AI tools (Claude, Cursor) for analysis; able to build models and design experiments.
• Delivered diagnosis-to-solution cycles in partnership with product and engineering.
• Capable of navigating between strategy and detail across product, engineering and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 3–5 direct reports and set high analytical standards.
• Own root cause diagnostics, testing operational implementations, and scaling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define problems, requirements, and prioritization.
• Create metrics, dashboards, and root cause analyses for cross-functional visibility.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Ops, Category Management, Vendor Management, Analytics, Product & Engineering and Finance to align goals.
• Serve as escalation point when cross-functional alignment breaks down.
