Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Shared Services to oversee key financial operations and support the continued growth and efficiency of a centralized Shared Services organization.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Cash Management, Payroll, and Accounting Services functions
• Lead and develop managers and team members across a large Shared Services organization
• Partner closely with senior finance leadership on financial and operational initiatives
• Work with corporate accounting and field-based finance and operations teams across multiple locations and regions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, automation, and overall operational efficiency
• Support monthly close activities, reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of Shared Services functions
• Partner with IT and other functional leaders on systems improvements and process automation
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Serve as an escalation point for operational and financial issues across Shared Services
• Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Maintain a hands-on approach when needed while providing strategic leadership to the organization

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, business process, or systems experience
• Experience overseeing Shared Services, Accounting Operations, or centralized financial functions
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Cash Management, and/or Payroll
• Experience managing managers and larger teams
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash management
• Experience working across multiple locations, branches, territories, or field-based operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial controls
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
