• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP and financial systems administration, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support finance operations.
• Support Accounts Payable activities, vendor maintenance, payment processing, 1099 reporting, and electronic payment adoption (ACH, EFT, virtual cards).
• Provide payroll systems support, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and process improvement.
• Assist with finance transformation projects, system implementations, regulatory reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Create training materials and serve as a resource for finance system users.

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Finance Shared Services Coordinator to support Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Systems, and Shared Services operations. This hybrid role partners with Finance, HR, IT, Treasury, and operational teams to optimize financial systems, improve processes, support reporting, and drive automation initiatives.
