Responsibilities

• Lead daily financial operations including student payments, billing, refunds, cash management, and accounts receivable activities.
• Partner with colleagues across the College to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, service, and financial stewardship.
• Analyze financial and operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement improvements that enhance the student and employee experience.
• Build strong working relationships with campus leaders, departments, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead and mentor a team by setting clear expectations, supporting professional growth, and creating an inclusive and engaged work environment.
• Ensure compliance with College policies and applicable state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
