Dallas College is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Services to lead accounts receivable and related financial operations, delivering high-quality service to students, employees and partners. This on-site leadership role focuses on financial stewardship, accuracy, and process excellence.

You will supervise a team, partner across campus, ensure compliance, and drive improvements that enhance the student experience while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all financial activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily financial operations including student payments, billing, refunds, cash management, and accounts receivable activities.
• Partner with colleagues across the College to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, service, and financial stewardship.
• Analyze financial and operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement improvements that enhance the student and employee experience.
• Build strong working relationships with campus leaders, departments, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead and mentor a team by setting clear expectations, supporting professional growth, and creating an inclusive and engaged work environment.
• Ensure compliance with College policies and applicable state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Work Location

• All positions are considered on-site roles.
• After six months of employment, some positions may be eligible to apply for a hybrid work arrangement based on job responsibilities, operational needs, supervisor approval, and Dallas College policy.
• Academic (Faculty) positions require an on-campus presence, even when teaching online courses, in accordance with state law.
