Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies for delinquency stages.
• Establish performance standards, collection protocols, escalation processes, and recovery priorities.
• Oversee the institution's receivables portfolio from invoicing through payment and resolution.
• Evaluate collection policies and recommend improvements to reduce risk.
• Lead a high-performing collections team with coaching and development.
