The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and experience navigating Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels, with travel across the region.

• Experience leading a field reimbursement team or similar.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high‑performing team of FRMs.
• Develop regional strategies translating national priorities to territory plans.
• Coach FRMs on account management, analytics, and action planning.
• Ensure compliant execution across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill channels.
